Softdial Phone is an integrated software telephone user interface for use by call center agents, supervisors and administration personnel. The telephone supports all standard outbound and inbound functions, also allowing access to advanced dealer features such as call transfer, call conferencing and call recording facilities. In addition, the Softdial Phone supports agent logon and logoff to a campaign.
