Agents working in contact centers use desktop applications to help manage their interactions

a seamless operation. Blind and third party conferencing and screened transfers are
all supported with the call data being transferred automatically.
Extensive external interfaces
Scripter provides an easy-to-use interface allowing users to
integrate any third party software modules.
