Softdial Reporter ...
Softdial Reporter is a reporting system that allows both historical and realtime reports
to be produced using the call cycle information that is generated within Softdial Contact
Center.
Sytel recognises that many users have their own integrated reporting systems and provides
data feeds for easy integration into other systems when this is required.

Standard and Custom Reports
Softdial Reporter makes use of all the data available to the
dialer and campaign manager and practicably can cut and slice data to suit any
customer needs. Sytel will provide any reporting views not included within the
standard set.
Dual View Reports
Data can be viewed in multiple modes, e.g. averages or totals,
conserving footprint on the desktop.
Thresholds
These can be set to flag up agents’ talk and wrap that is
beyond norms.
Filters
These allow supervisors to drill down to just the information
they want in their reports, for example by selected time period or group of agents.
Data Feed Available to MIS Systems
We can supply SQL feeds of all call events measured by the
dialer for incorporation into MIS as required.
Compatible with Any ODBC Compliant Database
For highly scalable applications, customers can work with the
backend database of their choice.
Real-time and historical reports
Users can view yesterday’s statistics, as well as today’s, on
the same report.
Up-to-the-minute data
Reports can refresh themselves, to include the latest data as
it is generated.
Fast email distribution
At the click of a button, reports can be attached to an email
for distribution to clients.
Export
Reports can be exported to a variety of formats including
MS Excel, facilitating further analysis and merging with other MIS data.
