The perfect partner to Publisher is Softdial Reporter™ 2, the new Sytel front-end reporting and charting tool (see pic above), allowing highly configurable data views in either alphanumeric format, or using one of the over 25 chart formats available.
The same Reporter client can be used for by both management for high-level performance analysis, and supervisors using the built-in colour coding to identify at a glance the current state of campaigns, queues and agents.
