Free Sytel dialer seats help raise funds for Haiti

SNT contact center bureaux in the Netherlands took up our offer of free predictive dialer seats to assist in their fundraising campaign for Haiti.

SNT is one of the largest and longest serving contact center service providers in the Netherlands, running 175 Sytel dialer seats in 3 locations. SNT has always conducted a large volume of charity work.

On 21st Jan 2010, SNT ran a campaign to raise money for relief work after the Haiti earthquake. By the end of the day, almost 800,000 people had called the free number to give a donation. However, because of the enormous volume of calls, almost 185,000 had only reached IVR and needed to be called back.

On the morning of 22nd Jan, SNT contacted Sytel's integration partner for SNT, Tietoenator, and asked for help in conducting the extra calls. Through Tietoenator, Sytel were happy to provide an extra 165 seats free of charge over several sites. Installed and running within the hour, SNT succeeded in calling back all of the 185,000 missed contacts and raised a substantial extra amount for their desperate cause.

If you are, or act on behalf of, a registered charity, in any country, and are working in response to any major international disaster such as the earthquake in Haiti, then Sytel will always make its software available free of charge for this purpose.
