Softdial Contact Center ...

Softdial Contact Center is a collection of feature rich inbound and outbound contact center applications that can be deployed as a complete solution or as modular enhancements to an existing configuration.

At the heart of both inbound and outbound solutions is Softdial CallGem, Sytel's command and control center which connects to other Sytel or 3rd party applications. Non Sytel CRM, Telephony, Agent and Management applications can be easily integrated with CallGem using its comprehensively documented SDMP interface.

Outbound call pacing is controlled by Sytel's unique Virtual Event Machine (VEM), a very high speed call center simulation engine that carefully monitors every event and adjusts the pacing algorithm in real time to compensate. Sytel has a well deserved reputation throughout the industry for delivering the highest possible dialing performance while remaining within specified compliance limits.
